GIS is a rapidly growing field which has entered into common men's day-to-day life with the launch of GPS in mobile systems.

This growing technology has inspired me to explore GIS to its roots using my previous knowledge of Java and spatial databases.

Daily digging goes on vectors, rasters, GDAL (Java), projection, datum etc.

I feel myself as a self motivated person.
